Required skills and profile

Must have:

5+ years of experience in one of the following
IAM/PAM processes design
Hands-on IAM/PAM solutions
Experience creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring policies, standards, procedures, programs, plans, and processes.
Good communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamwork
Worker motivation in hierarchical & non-hierarchical organizations, geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to have:

5+ year of experience in one or all of the following: PAM, IAM projects and run or IT Security.
Certification / Training courses in information security (or related) such IAM or PAM Tools, CISSP, CompTIA Security+.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to information security and privacy (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, etc.)

Languages:

Mandatory: English (all meetings and deliverables must be in English)
Nice to have: Spanish, French or Portuguese.

Role description

As part of the IT Security Operations Team your activities will include:

To participate in the implementation of the IAM and PAM strategy based on the Edenred IT Strategy (Cloud, etc.), security needs, and regulatory requirements
Define objectives, build, and implement IAM and PAM solution Roadmap (Integrations, documentation, and guidelines).
Workshop/Broadcast IAM and PAM Procedures / Guidelines to the targeted audience in line with the Edenred Strategy.
To review and support the authorization model (RACI, Role management, rights, etc.) based on security policies.
To review and produce procedures and controls to support compliance and ease audits
To guarantee a continuous improvement of privileged access processed by integrating PAM with other IAM components.
To mentor the end users to ensure that they are trained, and the new usages are accepted and retained (Foster Security Culture).
Define IAM and PAM Internal and Global KPIs (align expectations with IT Compliance and Resiliency)
Prepare Showcase and Presentation to support the need to integrate the IAM solution on critical applications.
Review IAM/PAM Solutions DRP updating information or creating it when necessary.
Perform DRP / Backup Tests on a quarterly basis (In alignment with Maturity KPI)
Complete the Region organization integrating new resource
Define IAM and PAM security roadmaps with Technology BU stakeholders and co-sign roadmaps with BUs/region Technology leaders
Contribute to IT budget in a timely manner by proposing and controlling the IAM/PAM Security budget in the BUs.
Support the business in bid & tenders, third party questionnaires and audits
