Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

What distinguishes you

• University degree
• Experience in similar field (employer branding, university project, HR projects or similar)
• Project coordination experience is a plus,
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal/nonverbal, assertiveness, fluent in expressing/presenting ideas)
• Team player and result oriented attitude
• Attention to details, insistent and proactive
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Fluent English and Romanian skills
• Willingness to visit time to time to universities around Blaj

• Coordinate and support university related projects at the Human Resources Department of Bosch Blaj
• Identify project opportunities for talent attraction and competency development in line with the university collaboration strategy
• Implement employer branding projects
• Keep contact with stakeholders at the universities
• Organize events for university students
• Contribute to the employer branding strategy of the location
• Ensure the proper follow up of activities and project budget
• Contribute to graphic design of social media materials
