Electrical Engineer for HEAT CE (TM)

The complexity of electronics is increasing in automotive. Testing them during SW and HW development phase suppose design and realisation of complex manual or semi-automatic test equipments. This is where we need a good specialist, who can work in a dedicated team from concept phase until realisation including testing of these equipments.

Design for embedded systems and development in a predefined time and quality level in order to fulfill the tasks / work packages in accordance with the customer needs and specifications.

* Is responsible for design, calculation, simulation, software-hardware interface and documentation of electrical modules and schematics for embedded systems according to product specification and defined processes;
* Is responsible for the development of test tools;
* Is responsible for creating and optimizing of layout designs for medium-high complexity projects;
* Offers support in creating/modifying of schematics;
* Is responsible for component supplier selection and contributes to component ordering and sourcing; Is responsible for creating test specifications and monitor embedded systems testing and validation of test results;
* Contributes to reverse engineering / benchmarking in order to increase competitiveness on the market and reach a cost optimized design;
* Is responsible for planning and tracking of own activities (e.g. participate in effort estimations and communication delays, etc.);
* Is responsible for actively providing solutions for own tasks.

Job Requirements:

* University degree or relevant professional knowledge;
* 2 or more years of experience is required. Analog / digital electronic design;
* Design software and hardware tools (schematic, calculation, PCB design tools and simulation);
* Design verification and analysis (e.g. electrical tests, equipment handling, worst case analysis, DFMEA, etc);
* Embedded systems architecture definition Layout design guidelines;
* PCB manufacturing and assembly processes;
* Embedded SW knowledge at basic level is an advantage.
