    The role Global HR Systems Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management is part of the Global People Services - HR Systems Operations. The role is central for sustaining and enhancing continuous improvement and operations for our global Talent Management processes and system. Your core responsibilities and tasks will be:



    * Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our community management concept dedicated to our Talent Management Global Process Owners;
    * Consult internal stakeholders on the Talent Management system and process related matters;
    * Prepare and moderate Global calls with Global Process Owners and ensure the engagement of this community;
    * Close co-operation with HR IT/ Project Managers/ System Business Owner for Talent Management projects;
    * Continuous Improvement for system related activities (e.g., Release Management, Demand Management);
    * Responsible for knowledge management related activities (training concept, training delivery, materials and tutorials);

    Essential Skills and Qualifications
    * University degree, preferably in areas of Human Resources/Business Administration, Information Technologies;
    * Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment;
    * High system affinity;
    * Ability to manage tasks & processes within a complex organization and ability to handle various stakeholders;
    * Eager to learn and accept new challenges in an agile environment;
    * Fluent English knowledge is mandatory;
    * Self-responsibility and self-discipline. Preferred Skills and Qualifications
    * Experiences with project work and project management processes;
    * Cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills;
    * Advanced Excel/ reporting knowledge;
    * Availability for business trips (world-wide).
