R&D Injection Molding Engineer

-qualification as a technician or university degree in material technology/mechanical engineering
-detailed knowledge in the injection molding process
-professional experience in the field of mold design or simulation
-knowledge of simulation software for the injection molding process (e.g. Moldex3D, Moldflow) is an advantage

-communication skills and initiative
-independent and structured way of working
-good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
-very good knowledge of English

-performing injection molding simulations and evaluation of the results (e.g. filling, warpage, cooling)
-analysis of correlation between simulation results and real plastic parts from injection trials
-support of the development, the construction and the mold procurement process for plastic molded parts (feasibility analysis, initiation of geometric and mold-technical improvements)
-creation of reports and presentations
-communication and presentation of the results for development, tool purchasing and quality department
