IT Recruitment Researcher

- BA/BS degree;
- +1 year of experience in sourcing in tech roles;
- Technology and social media lover;
- Practice in Boolean, X-ray, search in different channels Google, social media, job portals, candidate search engines, thematic forums;
- Fluent English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Proactivity and problem-solving, Ability to take ownership of own actions;
- Curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things;
- Very good communication skills;
- Attention to details and orientation to quality;
- Good organizational skills.

- Your main task will be to find and identifies suitable candidates in the IT area. You will be actively using social media channels, our internal database, job boards, and any other channels;
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs;
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System;
- Correspond with past candidates in regards to available job openings;
- You will work with our recruiter team and Hiring Managers to hire the best specialists in the IT department;
- Regular reports about recruitment matters and monitoring market trends;
- Screening CVs and applications received;
- Propose and participate in process improvements and Employer Branding initiatives to robust candidates pipeline.
