    * Consult the business and internal stakeholders in the implementation of Learning & Training process and system changes/ improvements;
    * Develop, maintain and continuously improve processes (e.g via knowledge management & training concept) for our global Learning System;
    * Recommend and implement process or system changes that are user centric and meet a business need;
    * Be the work-package owner in projects with main focus on adaption of Operations and Continuous Improvement standards;
    * Coordinate improvement activities defined for the Global Learning Team;
    * Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for our processes & activities;
    * Coordinate regular data quality reviews;
    * Maintain a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

    Essential Skills and Qualifications
    * University degree, preferably in areas of Human Resources/Business Administration, Information Technologies;
    * Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment;
    * High system and process affinity;
    * Ability to manage tasks & processes within a complex organization and ability to handle various stakeholders;
    * Eager to learn and accept new challenges in an agile environment;
    * Fluent English knowledge is mandatory;
    * Self-responsibility and self-discipline Preferred Skills and Qualifications;
    * Experiences with project work and project management processes;
    * Cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills;
    * Advanced excel/ reporting knowledge;
    * Availability for business trips (world-wide)
