Ensure effective planning, development, execution and measurement of channel marketing campaigns (including to-partner & through-partner) to support organization's channel priorities, main business objectives, sales growth of the region and strong partner relationships (with distributors, resellers, cloud providers, aggregators)
Work in collaboration with Field Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing team lead to ensure high performance of the regional marketing and regular achievement of corporate and regional KPIs and targets
Work with regional Channel Sales teams to support achievement of revenue targets for designated group of partners. Collect EMEA feedback for needed sales & marketing assets and exchange with global teams
Drive and develop selected group of partners to help achieve a healthy pipeline by building long-term relationships (via regular communications), delivering high-quality quarter/annual marketing plans and their proper execution, driving targeted demand generation
Develop and manage local partner engagement activities (e.g. partner events, local launch execution, to-partner communications, partner trainings, partner webinars)
Ensure constant partners onboarding, enablement and education on marketing tactics, specific marketing tools and programs
Generate and drive lead generation tactics through channel marketing campaigns
Organize regional events (online, offline) to ensure Veeam brand visibility among distributors, resellers, cloud providers, aggregators
Measure, analyze and report on executed local channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI. Propose ways of optimization and cost savings
Manage local channel budgets and co-marketing funds (PMDF): collect reports, track results, ensure all refunds have been made on time
Regularly research and analyze the region, provide SWOT analysis and development plan
Control over all To- and Through-Partner Communication in the region
Understand local partner needs for programs and campaigns localization and local execution support
Engage proactively with global and regional channel and service providers marketing teams to ensure that Global and EMEA-level initiatives/programs/ messaging are implemented in the regions. Share local requirements and provide field feedback to management
Exchange and implement best practices from EMEA and Worldwide regions
Support EMEA incentives and promo activities for service providers
Keep ProPartner portal updated with service providers sales & marketing assets
Over 2 years of marketing experience (over 1 year if Channel Marketing)
Previous B2B marketing and channel experience is a plus
Proven experience of working successfully with sales teams
Understanding of channel sales organization structure
Knowledge of business operations, marketing principles, channel management skills and techniques
Hosting and cloud business overview - good to know
Marketing Planning: tactical campaign planning, execution and management, market research, competitor analysis, budget planning, allocation, management and reporting.
Project management: able to define and drive multiple programs and projects simultaneously, balancing and prioritizing short-term delivery needs to longer-term strategic requirements
German C1 level
English B2 level and above
