    More than 3 years' of experience in similar organizational work in managing and improving the company's activities, ideally in the transport sector;
    Higher education;
    Strong (Native) Romanian and English language skills;
    Good computer literacy skills;
    Excellent leadership skills;
    Strategic and economic thinking, the ability to see the big picture and make the right decisions quickly;
    Driving license.



    Management of operations and business development of the company:
    Analysis of business operations and improvement of all company activities related to day to day operations;
    Daily control of operations and tracking tasks implementations;
    Team control, supervision and coordination; team development and motivation;
    Organization of financing for the development of the car fleet and investment planning;
    Control and coordination of company’s cash-flow and accounting procedures;
    Systematization and optimization of business processes, management of complex situations and search for solutions.
