IT Infrastructure Datacenter Service Level Manager - IT (TM)

As Automotive "IT Infrastructure - Service Level Manager" in the area of Automotive IT Infrastructure Datacenter you will be part of the IT Service Management team that fosters our customer collaboration and manages the internal and external IT Service Providers in regards to the delivered Datacenter services. You will closely liaise with all of them to ensure that all relevant ITSM procedures and guidelines are met, committed quality and maturity levels delivered, Service Level Agreements or Underpinning Contracts are appropriate and mapped on our expectations and strategy. In terms of service changes or implementation of new services, you support proper and smooth integration to our overall service portfolio. Tasks & responsibilities:

* Support Automotive IT Infrastructure Datacenter services regarding any customer related aspect
* Active involvement on maintaining and managing the Datacenter Service and Project Portfolio
* Build, manage and maintain strong relationship with internal and external Automotive IT Infrastructure partners for provided Datacenter services (e.g. MIS, Infra for MA, HPC, AIX, EA Replication, Cryptography)
* Closely collaborate with all involved operational teams and Service Owners to ensure full understanding of provided services
* Continuously measure provider & vendor performance against defined KPIs and Service Level Agreements as well as actively involved in driving quality improvements
* Assist or conduct Service Review Meetings with both, customers and providers
* Assist and guide projects in terms of service transition related activities to integrate these changes into existing or new Automotive IT Infrastructure Datacenter services
* Support the demand management and requirements engineering to manage upcoming customer needs
* Support Service Owners in terms of problem and escalation management

This is what it takes to be a successful IT Infrastructure Datacenter Service Level Manager:

* Academic degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification
* Proven experience within the field of Service Management in Information Technology
* Proven experience regarding ITIL processes and frameworks
* Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies and architectures (e.g. Hardware, Operating Systems, Databases, Network, Storage, Virtualization technologies, Cloud)
* Eagerness to proactively challenge conventional practices
* Problem-solving capability, result-driven approach
* Planning and organizational skills, high level of dedication, flexibility and independence
* Excellent presentation skills
* Willingness to travel (30%)
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
