    • Nice-to-have experience in an IT company;
    • Good understanding of accounting processes and procedures, financial reporting ;
    • Excellent English language skills;
    • Advanced MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
    • Bachelor’s Degree – Bucharest University of Economic Studies (Business Administration, International Business and
    Economics) would be a plus; Psychology, Sociology or related field

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares individual employment contracts, additional documents, termination documents for internal and
    temporary employees.
    • Prepares and manages personal files for employees;
    • Prepares certificates requested by employees for various purposes
    • Fill in the internal tools for each new employee;
    • Records the personal data of employees in the database;
    • Enter the required input on salary calculation in special tools (days off, sick leave, premiums, benefits, etc.)
    • Keep records of vacation leave, unpaid leave, absence of employees;
    • Reporting- end of the month timesheet report;
    • Invoices;
    • Prepares payroll statements together with the external partners;
    • Prepares staff cost reports;
