Miele este prezentă în Brașov din anul 2009 cu o fabrică de producție ce asigură grupului necesarul de componente electronice şi subansambluri pentru unităţile de control ale aparatelor electrocasnice inteligente și cu un departament de Dezvoltare Software si Hardware în cadrul căruia sunt realizate programe software pentru o gamă variată de electrocasnice și produse profesionale Miele.

Job requirements:

· Ideally Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline;

· 3+ years work experience in consulting area;

· Very good experience with Jira and Confluence;

· Good experience in Requirements Engineering;

· Experience with Windows platform, Linux platform and /or Mac platform;

· Very good knowledge in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);

· Outstanding communication and coordination skills;

· Excellent spoken and written English;

· Knowledge of German language is an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Analyze and record the Jira and Confluence requirements of a Miele Business Segment/Unit;

· Develop custom-fit solution scenarios; design the operational process of the Miele Business Segment; coordinate the iterative implementation of these requirements within Jira and Confluence;

· Coordinate the iterative implementation of these requirements within Jira and Confluence;

· Assist, support the Miele Business Segment with customizations, configurations and smooth operation of Jira and Confluence;

· Organize, lead and/or coordinate workshops and user Training the Miele Business Segment;

· Act as primary liaison, maintaining regular contact with users of the Miele Business Segment, assessing satisfaction and usage levels;

· Participate, lead and/or coordinate escalation management related to Jira and Confluence.
