* Coordinate and control all logistics activities, track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating from the Project Plan.
* Ordering components, materials for project needs by keeping the contact with the Purchasing department.
* Tracking the orders and informing the team about the delivery status.
* Collaboration with our external suppliers.
* Conducts meetings with the project teams to present the status of the material procurement.
* Coordinate material inventory, incoming and sample build material preparation.

Job Requirements:

This is what it takes to be a successful in Prototype Supply Chain Specialist:

* University degree in Economics, Business Administration;
* More than 2 years of professional experience in Logistics preferably within the automotive industry;
* Fluent Business English, German knowledge is an advantage;
* SAP Knowledge;
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
* Stress resistance, conflict resolution abilities, assertiveness;
* Intercultural sensitivity beside good networking and communication skills.
