    Required qualifications and experience:
     Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields;
     Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a multinational company;
     Previous experience in team management;
     Strong analytical skills;
     Ability to effectively communicate at all levels;
     Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills;
     Good planning and organization skills;
     Good knowledge of English language;
     Computer literacy: MS Office;


    Job purpose:
    Plan, supervise and control the spare parts order management processes and specifications to the fulfillment of company plans, market needs and the satisfaction of the final customer.
    Key accountabilities:
     Maintains good rapport with customers, managers, and administration.
     Maintains administrative workflow by developing and implementing procedures. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices.
     Oversees and ensures that the administrative functions of the spare parts team are effectively carried out.
     Develops administrative team by providing information, learning opportunities, and coaching.
     Establish/develop communications with new customers.
     Collaborates with the sales and service teams in order to offer spare parts solutions to European customers.
     Build and improve external and internal communication channels, develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
     Setting team priorities, conflict resolution.
     Streamline billing operations and financial reporting, oversees spare parts approval process and budget allocation of free of charge orders.
     Executes spare parts sales analysis and estimates.
     Ensure the prompt and smooth processing of spare parts sales orders.
     Monitor the sales order status (backorders analysis, accuracy of on time deliveries etc.) and check stock availability in order to ensure consistent stock levels.
