    • Proven experience of 2-4 years as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role in telecom industry - VoIP services
    • Good knowledge of Bash, Python
    • Experience with databases- MySQL, networks (LAN, WAN)
    • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
    • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
    • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
    • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
    • Excellent communication skills


    • Install and configure software and hardware
    • Manage network servers and technology tools
    • Set up accounts and workstations
    • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
    • Designing and implementing Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure for the company
    • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
    • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
    • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
    • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
