Lawyer, member of the Romanian Bar with more than 1 year experience serving foreign clients;
Experience in corporate matters, contracts and civil litigation required, experience in labor and tax projects are advantages;
Willingness to travel in Romania to assist the clients at the hearing terms;
Responsive, dynamic, proactive, good communication skills and forward thinking;
Willingness to learn and perfect continuously professional performances;
Ability to keep deadlines, to work in a team or individually;
Analytical ability and attention to details;
Advanced knowledge of communication and legal writing in English;

The Lawyer will perform, in due time, under senior's supervision, of all the legal tasks according to the accumulated technical and practical knowledge.
