    1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
    2. Strong understanding of accounting theory
    3. 7+ years accounting/finance experience
    4. Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
    5. Advanced English communication skills
    6. Ability to work with deadlines
    7. Good communication across all levels of business
    8. Highly detail oriented
    9. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.


    1. Preparing and validating the team members reports on statutory accounting, management reporting, accounting consultancy, accounting reviews for clients of the company
    2. Accounting advisory, when needed
    3. Responsible for the preparation of accurate financial reports and supporting schedules, as required
    4. Highlighting to management potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow; monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
    5. Managing and optimizing the team’s workflow and utilization to ensure the allocation, completion, and timely delivery of accounting work to a high standard and quality
    6. Identify solutions to problems, opportunities or issues raised
    7. Ensuring the team achieves their KPIs, identifying performance gaps and supporting the team to address these. Pro-active management and monitoring of performance and address early concerns coaching and escalating where required
    8. Providing and interpreting financial information
    9. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
    10. Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
    11. Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
    12. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
    13. Supporting, advising, and monitoring team members in the completion and delivery of a range of accounting tasks and undertaking detailed reviews of their work
    14. Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
    15. Other projects as assigned from time to time by managers
