    RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking to hire a skilled Events Management Specialist who will work within a Global Corporate Access team who provide a full suite of organization and logistics services to our Corporate clients.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Plan, organize and execute roadshows, field trips, conferences, reverse roadshows, expert events, investor visits and sales teach-ins;
    • Liaise directly with Corporate clients to manage logistics and work independently on all logistic aspects: creation of invitation, choice of venues, creation of schedule, booking car drivers and flights, allocation of meetings for conferences;
    • Be on-site during conferences and other events to ensure a smooth logistic;
    • Interacting with SG Business Lines across the Globe, work with external suppliers: car drivers companies, hotels, travel agencies, etc;
    • Oversee the production and distribution of all roadshow materials, control budgets for each event and processing invoices;
    • Act as a facilitator with internal clients to obtain correct information for inclusion in the schedules;
    • Provide to internal and external clients, updated information on a timely basis to include 1-on-1 and group meeting attendance updates, logistics and final schedules, gather feedbacks from the investors.

    PROFILE REQUIRED
    • Previous experience in event organizing; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word;
    • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
    • Excellent organizational skills (including record keeping, information sharing, file management);
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Creative thinker and self-motivated;
    • Attentive to details, proactive and team player attitude;
    • Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy.
