Previously experience in companies in the area or similar profile, but specialized in sales/distribution/customer support;
Good command of English;
Advanced knowledge in Excel, SAP is a plus;
Good communication, analytical and attention to details.

Offering support for orders management - collecting orders, obtaining approvals for deliveries, shipment, orders monitoring, following up;
Offering information about stock, availability, missing products, specific products requests;
Providing products documentation, listing files, new clients documentation;
Completing the specific files for sales, return requests, obtaining approvals from Financial Department;
Maintaining contact with end-users, pre-sales documentation, claiming from partners;
Online prices monitoring and competition monitoring.
