    • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si interpersonale;
    • Cunostinte generale privind administrarea resurselor umane
    • Cunoasterea sistemului de operare Microsoft Office (Word, Office, Power Point), MS Excel, Internet;
    • Cunostinte din domeniul salarizarii, managementului resurselor umane, managementului organizational, psihologia muncii, etc

    Responsabilitati


    • Intocmeste contractele individuale de munca, actele aditionale, documentele de incetare pentru angajatii interni si temporari
    • Intocmeste si administreaza dosarele de personal pentru angajati
    • Mentine legatura cu angajatii si ofera suport pentru diverse solicitari ale acestora
    • Intocmeste adeverinte solicitate de catre angajati, pentru diferite scopuri
    • Completeaza tool-urile interne pentru fiecare nou angajat;
    • Inregistreaza datele personale ale angajatilor in baza de date;
    • Introduce input-ul necesar privind calculul salarial in tool-urile speciale (zile de concediu, concedii medicale, prime, beneficii, etc.)
    • Pastreaza evidenta concediilor de odihna, concediilor fara plata, absentelor angatilor;
    • Centralizeaza, verifica si completeaza certificatele medicale
    • Intocmeste si transmite lunar catre clientii companiei calculatiile si anexele efectuate in baza pontajelor
    • Intocmeste statele de salarii
    • Intocmeste situatia pentru plata drepturilor salariale si o transmite corect si la timp catre departamentul financiar—ontabil pentru a face viramentele
    • Intocmeste si transmite catre departamentul financiar-contabil declaratia lunara 112
    • Intomeste rapoarte cu privire la costurile de personal
    • Comanda si tine evidenta tichetelor de masa
    • Intocmeste dosarele si urmareste recuperarea sumelor din FNUASS
    • Transmite si actualizeaza registrul general de evidenta a salariatilor in format electronic
    • Ofera angajatilor consiliere legislativa
    • Promoveaza procedurile de resurse umane in cadrul organizatiei
    • Propune proceduri de eficientizare a activitatii de payroll;
    • Centralizeaza si transmite datele necesare raportarilor statistice solicitate de catre Institutul National de Statistica
    • Intocmeste si transmite rapoarte solicitate de management
