A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a Recruiter/Headhunter or similar (preferred previous experience in recruitment agency/executive search);
Previous IT positions recruitment experience is preferable;
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques;
Advanced English language skills;
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails);
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles;
Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary;
Advertise open positions to external and internal networks;
Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals;
Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data;
Keep in touch with applicants, schedule all recruitment steps, offer feedback, cover the offering process;
Occasionally deliver ad-hoc HR reports.
