    Requirements

    Graduate of specialized higher education (psychology / socio-human / economic studies);
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (French is an advantage);
    Very good skills in organization, communication, presentation and relationship with people;
    Ability to observe and analyze behaviour;
    Ability to follow and solve several projects in parallel;
    Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities;
    Teamwork oriented.

    Responsibilities

    Track and control project billing;
    Participates in the organization of the branch (analysis, proposals and adoption);
    Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with various partners and technical universities;
    Performs primary accounting for the company and maintains the relationship with the accounting firm;
    Creates and manages personnel files (contracts, certificates, job descriptions);
    Archive physical and electronic files;
    Ensures the management of meal tickets;
    Identifies and manages online communication channels for the purpose of recruiting and promoting the company;
    Designs and posts recruitment announcements based on discussions with department heads;
    Select candidates based on CVs, depending on the candidate's profile and job requirements;
    Contact the selected candidates in order to schedule the interviews;
    Informs candidates about the outcome of the selection process;
    Ensures a pleasant welcome from outside;
    Provides support in office administration (telephones, correspondence management, management and regular monitoring of stocks of office supplies);
    Organizes trips (hotel, plane, car reservations).
