Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

• Personality: Team player, open, flexible and good communication with internal and external customers
• Working practice: well organized, structured and detail oriented
• Experience and Knowledge: Administrative and organizational tasks - preferred in HR but not necessarily
• Languages: fluent Romanian and English language skills in spoken and written
• Education: completed degree in Labor Law, Business Administration or comparable faculty

Take responsibility:

• You are responsible to follow-up the medical leave process with the Health House from the County
• Involved in the preparing and reporting specific Key Performance Indicators within HRL department.

• You are part of many discussions with HRS colleagues, employees, HRBP colleagues and external authorities with regards to personnel administration and payroll topics.
