? General Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material's flow - deeper introduction to plant operations

? 6 months in Central Controlling in Hanover

? Project-based training and assignments

? In-depth understanding of central controlling, related systems and projects technical trainings, e.g. LIFT (Learning Initiative for Tires) ? Extrafunctional trainings on team building, intercultural awareness, Continental Business System, soft skills

? 6 months in Plant Controlling in a plant abroad Controlling projects within the plant

? Involvement and contribution to day-to-day business
