    • Relevant experience in retail banking sales, including front office activities/ working directly with the customers.
    • Abilities to synthesize and correlate relevant information and present them in a structured way.
    • Dynamic personality with sales attitude who can face the continuous challenges on a highly competitive market.
    • Full professional proficiency for English Language.

    Responsabilitati

    • Build and maintain reliable, strong and long-lasting business relationship with partners (brokers, developers and real estate agencies) in order to ensure the achievement of the department objectives.
    • Assure operational support for loans applications received from partners.
    • Support collaboration between Branches and local partners.
    • Propose improvements for the workflow and for the applications used in the lending process.
    • Prepare and communicate regular reports and forecasts of partners.
    • Make market research and analysis of competitors, on a regular basis.
