- Advanced English (speaking and writing)

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in an academic and dynamic environment

- Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.

- Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.

- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.

- In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.

- Ability to create unique, innovative and tailor-made texts.

- Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.

- Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.

The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with the BSB Team to ensure deadlines are met.

Tasks

Producing content for all social media channels and responsible for brand awareness and promotion to gain audience satisfaction and engagement.

Identifying and gathering details about the subjects, for producing and promoting the content for all social media channels.

Collaborating with Photo/Video editor and Graphic Designer to ensure that posts are engaging.

Optimising content for publication across various social media sites.

Helping to grow each channel, carrying out daily audience engagement reports and keeping an eye out for future opportunities in this field.

Planning and implementing social media campaigns, tracking and optimising the campaign inputs according to the established budget

Implement the Social Media communication and campaigns in line with the brand communication strategy

Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.

Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.

Analysing and reporting on the effects of publications.

Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.

Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the events calendar, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

Regular monitoring of competitors' social media sites and creating analysis reports.

Analysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data.
