• English – both written and spoken – advanced level – working language
• Excel – advanced level – the role involves usage of excel at advanced level (eg. knowledge of pivot, vlookup / if functions / formulas, excel charts etc.)
• PowerPoint – advanced (the role involves ppt / excel charts functionality usage)
• Word – formatting advanced (working with MS Word styles would be desirable)
• Systems / Technology oriented
• Communication skills
• Issuing and processing of draft invoices based on billing requests received in our system
• Keeping billing data updated
• Expenses – follow-up with engagement teams on outstanding balance
• Master Data support – change of client name/VAT ID;
• Assistance with the registration of the billing schedule
• Handling client requests in relation to bills issued
• Support with client vendor / billing platforms registrations / invoices upload
• Reply to questions received from engagement teams related to invoicing / previous amounts billed / expenses recorded on the ET Codes
• In charge with breakdown of costs preparation
• Support with month closing operations
• Financial reporting – internal presentations / monthly financial reports
• Support with contracts of services completions using our internal system
