The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic #tech projects.

- At least 6 months hands-on experience with Jira Software/Service Desk
- Ability to use JQL
- Knowledge on Jira project creation
- Ability/desire to learn and apply new skills/concepts quickly
- Analytical thinking and well-developed organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team

Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence and Insight
- Experience with IQL
- Experience with API

- You will be working on support/improvement tickets on service desk
- Discussing needs with stakeholders in order to understand their requirements
- Configuring and implementing small adjustments to projects/boards/portals based on the stakeholders' requests
- Recommending modifications to processes and procedures where they can be improved to stakeholders
- Creating backlog tickets for the team where improvements can be done at the project/instance level
