We are looking to develop a team of Hardware and Software engineers for environmental test equipments for one of most complex electronic control units Continental is producing - Assisted & Automated Driving Control Unit the brain of autonomous vehicles.

The job required end to end responsibility from requirement to manufacturing. and the main activities are:

* Development of embedded software / firmware;
* Development of new firmware based on Linux;
* Documentation of the developed software;
* Analysis and evaluation of video signals (desirable);
* Creation of remaining bus simulations for all common automotive BUS communication variants (CAN, Automotive Ethernet, ...);
* Support for the commissioning of new firmware versions worldwide;
* Support of new firmware developers worldwide;
* Support in the development of new hardware;
* Contact person for firmware-related topics.

Job Requirements:

This is what it takes to be a successful in Software Developer for Embedded Test Tools:

* University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Computer Science, Physics);
* Very good ANSI C / C ++ programming skills;
* Experience with Linux operating system;
* Experience in the automotive Ethernet sector is desirable (TCP / UDS, DoIP, Some IP, Ethernet MAC + VLAN, IPv4, IPv6, Video, 100/1000 Base-T1);
* Good knowledge of MS Office;
* Good written and spoken English knowledge;
* Independent work with a high level of quality awareness;
* Intercultural and social skills for working in an international team;
* Interest in working on new technologies (e.g. automated driving).
