Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Hands-on experience with business process flows documentation and software design and documentation
- Experience in working with design and development teams
- Relevant experience (3-5 years) in business analysis and/or in building software products.
- Knowledge of business modeling and data analysis methods
- Previous exposure to Agile/ Scrum / Design Thinking / Lean Start-up
- Strong people skills to effectively liaise with both team members and board level
- Good understanding of business models and process flows
- Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills, analytical thinking
- Business-oriented and people-oriented
- Restlessly in search of improvement of status quo
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous streams
