    English- Advanced (both written and spoken).
    Excellent communication skills.
    Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks.
    Ability to maintain demanding timelines.
    Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    Provides qualitative data.
    Good computer skills (MS Office Suits, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams).


    Managing the interface between the company Connections and the customer.
    Being constantly close to the client as well as to the employee’s needs.
    Coordinating the on-boarding process of the new employees and assuring that transition activities are executes successfully.
    Joining the recruitment interviews when necessary and work closely with HR team in closing down open position.
    Ensuring standards and positive internal relationships across all departments in order to assure the fluid delivery of the service.
    Coordinate with all internal departments (HR, IT) to facilitate effective service delivery
    Schedule appointments as determined by priority.
    Prepare and maintain internal reports updated.
    Coordinate and plan facility needs (space, equipment, etc).
    Other duties as required as may be expected from a person filling this role and responsibilities.
