    Requirements

     Min. 2 years of end to end recruiting experience is mandatory
     Direct experience recruiting across the BPO / contact centers industry with a focus on multilingual sourcing is essential
     Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
     Fluent in English - mandatory; additional knowledge of German or French languages is an advantage
     Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
     Ability to make things happen in a team and also independently is key
     Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
     Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented.
     Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment

    Responsibilities

     Plan and execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
     Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy
     Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process
     Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates – local and foreign
     Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates on our company’s hiring road-map
     Manage the hiring practice from first contact, phone or online / onsite interviews all the way through until onboarding
     Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
     Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs
     Analyze hiring effectiveness per used channels/tools and propose improved strategies for added improvement
