Who you are:

• University degree in technical field and/or Business Administration
• Work experience within multicultural and multinational environment
• Customer orientation and strong time management skills
• Well organized and structured
• Initiative, precise, quality oriented mindset
• Problem solving and self-motivated attitude, ability to cooperate within project team
• Planning and tracking skills
• Expert know-how in SharePoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel (occasionally)

The languages you should know:

• English - excellent communicational skills in both spoken and written
• German - it is not mandatory, but it is an advantage

• Preparation and release of the Configuration Management (CM) Strategy
• Inform the project team about CM procedure
• Administration of risks and issues
• Help with implementation of Bosch standard configuration management methodology
• Prepare the CM Baseline and Inform CM Item Responsible
• Conduct project CM Baseline Audit and communicate results
• Track the implementation of the identified findings
• Facilitation of internal and external meetings
• Organize specific CM trainings for affected stakeholders
• Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission
• Support with project documentation at all levels
