- Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology or Interaction Design or Information Design or similar;
- A post graduate information management or data governance qualification or at least three years' experience working within an information or data governance setting is an advantage; PBI, basic automation, data analytics, basic HTML is an advantage;
- Language: Very good English skills written and spoken, good German skills written and spoken is an advantage;
- Several years (3-5) of relevant professional experience in the field of UX projects, User-centered-design methods;
- Basic experience with coding, programming in direction of HTML, CSS is an advantage;
- Strong skills in prototyping and testing area;
- Ideally have previously worked with ServiceNow or Enterprise Service Management similar UX projects;
