Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• ERP, CRM or Marketing/Sales/Other platforms administration experience 3+ years.
• Fluent English is a must (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What will be your advantage:

• Knowledge of Russian language

Job Description

Your tasks will include:

• Administration of multiple platforms, e.g. CVENT, GoToWebinar, Litmus, Semrush, Wistia, etc.
• Actualization of platforms documentation.
• Security settings control for all end-users.
• Support for integration with other platforms or other systems. Communication with Licensing team.
• Licensing administration.
• Users support.
