• SQL
• Basic understanding of Java, Wildfly, Windows Server, ESB/EMS architectures, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON
• Scrum methodology understanding
• How to abstract from single data field of an interface to strategic E2E view of a business process
• English (German would be a plus)
• Processes in retail logistics (would be a big plus)

• Coordinate with the development team the resolution of day-to-day production issues and prevent reoccurrence
• Analyse the tickets flow of individual markets
• Coordinate the informational flow between the 2nd level support team and 3rd level support team
• Coordinate with the team to identify recurring error patterns, analyse and propose optimization plans
• Discuss operational challenges with the DEV team
• Mediate between PO and DEVs regarding feasibility of implementation
• Create concepts, user stories and documentation
• Coordination with business units and neighboring teams
• Coordination of the service provider for the development of the app
• Communication of rollouts, migration scenarios, etc.
• Creating specifications for change requests
• Creation and execution of SQL scripts for configuration adjustments
• Creating and executing tests
• Participation in cross-team E2E tests
• Training of the service desk staff
