    Requirements

    - Studii superioare de specialitate finalizate (Facultatea de Contabilitate si Informatica de Gestiune reprezinta un avantaj);
    - Experienta de minim 5 ani, cuprinzand toate aspectele activitatii financiar-contabile intr-un departament intern de contabilitate sau de minim 3 ani intr-o firma de contabilitate;
    - Cunostinte solide de contabilitate, fiscalitate si de raportare financiara;
    - Cunostinte foarte bune de Excel;
    - Proactivitate si implicare – dorinta de a progresa si invata lucruri noi;
    - Abilități de analiză și rezolvare a task-urilor identificand cele mai bune solutii;
    - Capacitate de prioritizare a sarcinilor astfel incat sa fie respectate termenele limita;
    - Flexibilitate la schimbare si adaptare rapida pentru realizarea atributiilor jobului la calitatea si in termenele solicitate;
    - Atentie la detalii;
    - Bune abilitati de comunicare (scris si verbal);
    - Limba engleza – nivel bun;
    - Experinta anterioara de lucru cu Charisma – reprezinta un avantaj.

    Responsibilities

    - Evidență contabilă completa (introducerea datelor, facturare și balanța lunară);
    - Contabilitate bancară și numerar; Jurnal de vânzări și de cumpărari; Contabilitatea activelor fixe;
    - Inchideri lunare; Intocmirea declaratiilor obligatorii din punct de vedere legal;
    - Intocmirea rapoartelor financiare și a statisticilor necesare;
    - Ofera suport/ consultanta colegilor din alte departamente pe teme financiar - contabile; - Respectarea standardelor grupului.
