    • Technical/IT education, university degree
    • Good understanding of IT market and trends
    • Appreciation of technology, internet / web applications and desktop/office automation software.
    • Understanding of HTML, general Web publishing and Web design
    • SQL, PL/SQL and Apex knowledge
    • Most important is an eagerness to learn!

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage deadlines with colleagues and internal customers

    • Work experience in a similar role is an advantage
    • Excellent language skills: Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in at least one other language (French, German or Spanish) is strongly preferred


    • Format and Coordinate Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal
    • Answer Oracle Corporate Questions in Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal
    • Carry out research and produce reports on existing customers
    • Assist in the creation/designing of the internal websites, coordinate, schedule, validate and publish new content with appropriate owners
    • Creation of Customer/ Partner specific portals to share information which has to be sourced in conjunction with the field and EPC teams.
    • Brief internal teams on new content availability, via Newsletter contributions and some web conferences
    • Internal communications (participate in creating standardized communications)
    • Support in overall internal communications plan & execution (e.g. slides preparation)
    • Perform translations as required (if in 2nd foreign language)
    • Ensure collaboration with presales teams, sales and other lines of business
