    You will be responsible for Invoice Processing transactions with the following activities:



    * Check if the accounting documents are according to the law, internal procedures and solves the inconsistencies;
    * Validate and collect of data with a character recognition software;
    * Perform the management and optimization of the OCR invoice layout;
    * Calculate the KPI-based monitoring of OCR recognition rates for the determination of optimization measures;
    * Perform the monitoring of mailboxes for electronic acceptance invoices;
    * Communicate with the suppliers regarding the switch to electronic invoicing;
    * Perform the scanning, digitizing and archiving of invoices and implement different invoice formats;
    * Participate in IT projects as a key user (e.g. software upgrades and rollouts);
    * Propose and implement improvements of the procedures and tools related to his/her area of responsibility;
    * Knows company quality policy and the impact of his activities in achieving quality targets.

    A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our procedures, products, tools, processes and organization.



    * University degree or Student (Economics);
    * Professional experience in document processing of incoming invoices is a plus;
    * Very good knowledge of spoken and written English;
    * German language is a plus;
    * Microsoft office advanced (especially Excel);
    * Good knowledge of OCR and data collection platform Read Soft INVOICES (module Verify / Optimize / Manager / Statistic Viewer);
    * High IT affinity and interest in optimizing recognition software;
    * High communication skills and strong team spirit;
    * Oriented towards delivering high quality services;
    * Independent and structured way of working;
