    Requirements

    • Mandatory Skills

    o College degree in IT.
    o Language skills: English – medium -> advanced
    o Basic knowledge of Citrix tools (e.g. XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Service), Windows Operating Systems (especially Windows Server)
    o Basic programming skills
    o Quick learner
    o Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
    o Ability to meet strict deadlines
    o Ability to apply and build appropriate knowledge skills and experience
    o Able to contribute to strategic thinking
    o Ability to work unsupervised and be proactive
    o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    o Ability to work and communicate with other teams involved in the project (e.g. Software Distribution team, Server Support team, Management team)

    • Nice to have:

    o Citrix Courses/Certifications
    o Knowledge of other Citrix tool related and/or other virtualization tools (e.g. Xenserver, Edgesight)
    o Database and Scripting knowledge
    o Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
    o Previous experience in similar roles
    o Knowledge of ITIL practices
    o Knowledge of Software Deployment tools (e.g. Microsoft System Configuration Manager – SCCM) and Windows Operating Systems
    o Previous experience in similar roles
    o Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills

    Responsibilities

    Tasks:

    - keep existing Citrix Desktop Application and Server installation up and running
    - resolve ongoing tickets and operational issues
    - operate Citrix Netscaler
    - operate SCCM instance and patch servers as required
    More specifically, the tasks are:
    Supported infrastructure components
    - Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops(Xen App and Xen Desktop)
    - Citrix Gateway(NetScaler)
    - RSA Authentication Manager
    - Citrix Provisioning
    - Ivanti Appsense
    - Igel ThinClient management
    - Active Directory(CTX Environment related)
    - Monitoring(CTX Environment related)
    Included services
    - supported components related analysis (AD checks, performance analysis, application behavior, etc.)
    - supported components related monitoring (complete Citrix infrastructure)
    - daily morning health checks
    - CTX image management
    - supported components related policy management
    - supported components related patch management
    - CTX image related application management (creation of published applications, AD group requests)
    - CTX App Layering for application management
    - CTX related reporting (only system ready existing reports, custom reports not included)
    - CTX NetScaler support (CTX infrastructure related)
    - CTX License management
    - RSA management
    - platform related personalization services and support (Ivanti AppSense)
    - platform related Igel thin client management and support / license management included
    - supported components related troubleshooting (including cross competency support)
    - change implementation and management only strictly BAU topics
    - support other competency during supported components related changes (change tasks, checks) not included, handled with tickets, dispatching supported components related tickets and tasks not included, handled with tickets)
    Microsoft SCCM Server - Included services
    - supported components related analysis
    - supported components related monitoring
    - daily morning health checks
    - supported components related policy management
    - supported components related patch management
    - automated new client software rollout management
    - automated client patch rollout management
    - application rollout management
    - end-device (client) and application troubleshooting / software packaging / software license management
