Sales Support with French – Account Management

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English).
At least B1-B2 Level of either French language.
Strong commitment to quality and attention to details.
Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs).
Strong multi-tasking capabilities and workload prioritization
Ability to work independently with regular supervision while handling stressful situations.
Must be well-organized, self-starter and quick learner as well as highly motivated to perform the duties assigned.

Assist sales and customers with all Premier related maintenance requests;
Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other teams (sales, operations, finance, and other key business stakeholders);
Maintain constant contact customers, as well as in real time (by email or chat);
Utilize internal knowledge-based solutions;
Providing real-time updates or content updates on the product page.

Nice to have:

Prior experience in dealing with confidential information.
Fluent written and verbal French.
