Business Analyst

SoftOne Training Academy este un program de training avansat care se adresează tuturor absolvenților care au un background financiar-contabil sau de informatică, dar și specialiștilor IT sau profesioniștilor în procese de business care doresc să facă următorul pas în carieră și să devină Consultanți Soft1 ERP.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in English is important as you will be working with an international team of experts;
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills;
- A team player attitude to collaborate efficiently with everyone;
- A keen eye for details and analytical thinking;
- To be creative;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Analytical thinking and attention to details;
- Ability to think creatively;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in English.

Nice to have:
- Technical skills as Transact SQL or JavaScript.
- Good accounting knowledge.

What will you do?
- Participate in the ERP design and deliver specifications to the development team;
- Participate in defining product roadmap and keep track of priorities;
- Transform business and statutory requirements into software specifications;
- Test new releases;
- Maintain specifications and product documentation up to date;
- Collaborate constantly with the Product Manager in order to achieve the project’s objectives;
- Keep in touch with our customers to gather their requirements in the analysis stage;
- Advise customers with relevant practices related to their business;
- Prepare relevant project documentations related to implementation, such as blueprints, appendixes.
- Train our channel network of IT companies for using specific modules of Soft1;
- Share your knowledge with the support department;
