    Cerinte

    Educational background in Business / Supply Chain;
    Familiar with Supply Planning and Order Fulfillment;
    Good SAP knowledge in SD, MM is a plus;
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
    English, business fluent; German would be a plus;
    Good analytical skills, able to identify priorities and result oriented;
    Process improvement oriented, confidence to challenge or question decisions;
    Responds resourcefully to multiple demands, shifting priorities and new challenges

    Responsabilitati

    You will operate as sales specialist for customer demand and will be involved in various logistics projects of process change and improvements;
    Single Point of Contact: keep a permanent contact with the customers in various logistics projects at operational supply activities;
    Managing Customer relationship through providing daily operational support;
    Analyzing operational data, identify root causes of (repetitive) issues and drive corrective actions for the current activity at individual / team level;
    Controlling, monitoring and improving the entire logistics chain with the aim of maximizing availability and minimizing logistic costs;
    Plan and execute procurement of finished goods and sub assembly;
    Maintain strong working relationships and communications with customers and internal process stake holders to confirm delivery plan;
    Analyze and manage backlogs; EDI transmission exceptions ; IDOCs monitoring; deliveries; order processing
    Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
