Quality specialist (SQA)- electronics

YOUR TASKS

-Support the Hella design department in case of material group electronic requirements

-Plan, coordinate and conduct the process audits in accordance with current standards and track the suppliers audit action plan in agreement with the supervisor

-supplier development programs to continuously improve the quality performance of suppliers

-Involvement and support in major complaints, Quality problems caused by suppliers

-Coordinate and manage the regional material group within the Supplier Quality Assurance organization

-Involvement in the annual supplier evaluation and quality target agreements with suppliers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
-technical background in Electronics/ Electromechanics field

-preferably experience as SQA engineer or in other Quality department

-VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949 knowledge - it's a plus VDA auditor card

-fluent in English

-ability to work with teams from other functional areas

-strong knowledge of negotiating techniques
