    Gi Group is looking for an HR & Accounting Specialist for our partner that is activating in the Footwear Manufacturing industry.

    - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
    - At least 2 years’ experience in HR department or Professional Firm (for payroll, accounting or legal activities);
    - Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (the knowledge of Excel is mandatory);
    - Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, ability to deal with workers being open and proactive, managing potential conflicts or tensions;
    - Fluent English is a must, Italian it’s a plus.


    HR Payroll & Reporting
    - Ensures payroll’s management: assists HRD with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises;
    - Ensures employment and compliance to Group policies and reporting;
    - Supervises and provides payroll processing interface support managing relations with Payroll and Accounting consultant;
    - Elaborates labour contract, addendum and job description.
    Budget & Forecasting
    - Support the HRD in the Budget process, preparing and providing all the compensation information;
    - To follow, with the constant support of HRD, the forecast during the year (2 main steps).
    Recruitment & Training
    - Provides advice and support to management on aspects of organizational development and company climate;
    - Recruitment process for employees and workers using the standard recruiting and hiring practices;
    - Liaises with HR dept based in Italy, in the development and implementation of improved organizational effectiveness capabilities through change management, organizational design in manufacturing, development, and training to achieve organizational objectives.
    - Supports the external consultants in registering incoming and outgoing invoices within the management system;
    - Supports the external consultants in managing the company's ordinary accounting;
    - Ensures the carrying out of the activities necessary to comply with civil and fiscal obligations;
    - Manages the relationship with suppliers and banking institutions;
    - Manages the preparation and analysis of accounting situations (economic, financial, period etc ...) including inter-company and intra-group situations, in compliance with company and Group timing.
