We are searching for a brave Senior Analyst that will fight along our development partners to build amazing experiences for Gamers.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Testing Processes and Methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently;
- Imagination and creativity;
- An energetic and flexible approach ;
- Close attention to detail and deadlines;
- Good, strong problem-solving skills.

Responsible For:

- Coordinating a small team of 2-3 people and assigning tasks out, following a list of priorities provided by Team Lead;
- Running basic database queries to provide brief reports on a specific game area or work done for the day;
- Providing mentoring to new members of staff on QA processes and sharing own testing expertise;
- Testing games to destruction to find and document all defects;
- Compiling a list of defects or any issues of design or implementation during a testing cycle;
- Ensuring all bugs assigned to QA are regressed and updated accordingly;
- Working side-by-side with our development partners to track issues and provide any help to assist in the remedy of any defects.
- Have a good understanding on the different types of testing and being able to execute those tests to a high standard;
- Understanding the end user perspective - is able to provide feedback on the game's fun factor, progression or difficulty, in a constructive and respectful way;
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the testing department.
