License Management Specialist

- Software and IT Asset Management for HELLA group;
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations with major IT providers (e.g. SAP,
Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Oracle, Dassault, …);
- Perform regular IT License Risk checks (comparing used and purchased licenses incl.
volumes, functions and changes of system environment);
- Identify potentials for improved asset management (avoid incompliances; identify and
avoid unused assets);
- Prepare regular license risk reporting;
- Support license compliance audits;
- Support ordering processes;

- Professional education or Business studies in business administration;
- Pronounced ability to communicate in English language (in word and in writing);
- Solution- and customer oriented;
- Structured, analytical and independent way of working;
- Team minded. Experienced in working together with worldwide distributed / international
teams;
