    In Brainspotting, we work wih clients to help them cover their tech recruitment needs in a very competitive and dynamic environment. We also design surveys and mapping projects to help clients understand the talent pool and employment behavior. 

    In your role as a Sales Consultant, we are looking for you work with clients to provide them with either tech recruitment services or the more innovative services of Loginro. 

    Some of the responsibilities: 

    • Identify new products and solutions to cover client needs in a dynamic talent environment
    • Develop your target and build you pipeline of potential clients
    • Investigate and understand client needs
    • Use track record and insights in order to educate the client about the best solution to cover their recruitment needs
    • Monitor client satisfaction 
    • Plus, we are currently exploring international projects so it helps if you are willing to do some international hunting
    It helps if you are a hunter, have a consultative approach to sales, are resilient and have backgroound in tech, HR and/or marketing.
