Project Manager (Online Project)

Loginro is a community-building effort that aims to establish Romania as a credible destination for mobile IT talent. We are supported by over 35 tech companies and entities from the tech ecosystem, among which Bitdefender, Bosch Engineering Center, Siemens R&D Romania, LSEG Romania, DB Global Technology, Systematic, ANIS.

We are looking for an independent, creative and resilient colleague who will design, develop and implement the annual communication and event plan of Loginro. Some other responsibilities include:

• Research and analyse tech talent trends in order to inform our strategy and communication
• Design and deliver the annual plan and client benefits
• Build and consolidate our community of both tech professionals and companies
• Align the work and efforts of the content, marketing, technical teams

It helps if you have background in at least one of the areas - growth hacking, tech ecosystem, tech recruitment, marketing, events, sales or account management. We are a small team, we move fast and change directions quickly so you would need to be flexible and go with the flow.
