    Cerinte

    - Good knowledge regarding the specific industry (BPO domain);
    - Advanced English;
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) at all levels;
    - Good organization & project management skills;
    - Structured thinking and work, ability to multitask, monitor, and coordinate different actions;
    - The flexibility and ability to build consensus;
    - Business results-oriented.

    Responsabilitati

    - Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations;
    - Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, preprocess, training plans;
    - Liaise with various support departments for basic internal accesses enablement (employee IDs, raise tickets for equipment issuance);
    -Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements;
    - Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software;
    - Inform employees on their first tasks (e.g. how to access onboarding platforms, learning platforms, which programs to download and how to activate their accounts);
    - Distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed;
    - Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll;
    - Co-ordinate Pulse Surveys for recent joiners;
    - Support Employees’ Engagement initiatives through adequate engagement strategies & their effective implementation;
    - Participate in Enabling meetings, document action items and follow up with relevant teams.
